All sessions are held online via Google Meet.

1. Initial Session (30 minutes)
We’ll start by discussing your current situation, lifestyle in Japan, and your personal goals. This helps me understand your challenges and how to best support you.

2. 7-Day Nutrition Diary
After our first session, you’ll complete a 7-day food diary so I can get a clear picture of your current eating habits.

3. Follow-up Session (45 minutes)
In our second session, we’ll do a deep dive into your nutrition diary. You’ll receive personalized recommendations and practical strategies tailored to your daily life in Japan, so you can make realistic and sustainable changes.

4. Ongoing Support
Additional sessions can be booked if you’d like continued guidance, deeper support, or help adjusting your plan over time.
