If you're curious about plant-based eating and want to incorporate more plant foods into your diet, I'll provide realistic, personalized guidance to help you build healthy and sustainable eating habits.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and family planning

Receive evidence-based guidance on plant-based nutrition before, during, and after pregnancy to help support both your health and your baby's development.

Parents raising a plant-based family

Learn how to provide balanced, age-appropriate nutrition for your children and gain confidence that your family is meeting their nutritional needs at every stage of life.

Active individuals and athletes

Whether you're exercising recreationally or training for performance, I'll help you meet your energy and nutrient needs to support recovery, strength, and overall performance on a plant-based diet.

People with nutrient deficiencies or specific health concerns

If you've been diagnosed with low iron, vitamin B12, vitamin D, or other nutrient deficiencies, or if you simply want to improve your overall diet, we'll work together to develop practical nutrition strategies that fit your lifestyle and goals.

Please note

I am a certified vegan nutrition coach, not a medical doctor or registered dietitian. I cannot diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. My role is to provide evidence-based nutrition education, personalized guidance, and ongoing support to help you build healthy eating habits. If you have a medical condition or require medical treatment, I encourage you to work with your physician or another qualified healthcare professional alongside nutrition coaching.

Do I need to be vegan?

No. My nutrition coaching is open to anyone living in Japan who wants to eat more plant-based foods or improve their overall diet.

Each session is personalized to your goals and lifestyle. We will discuss your current eating habits, identify areas for improvement, answer your questions, and develop realistic strategies that work for you.

Do you provide meal plans?

I can provide meal ideas, practical recommendations, and educational resources when appropriate. My goal is to help you build long-term habits rather than rely on a strict meal plan.

I can help you understand nutrition-related markers and discuss how your diet may support healthy nutrient intake. However, I cannot diagnose medical conditions or interpret blood tests as a medical professional. Any concerns should be discussed with your physician.

Can you help with nutrient deficiencies?

Yes. If you’ve been diagnosed with a nutrient deficiency, I can provide plant-based nutrition guidance to help you optimize your diet. However, my nutrition coaching is designed to complement, not replace, medical care.

I offer coaching in English, German and Japanese.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on your goals. Some clients only need one or two session, while others benefit from ongoing support over several weeks or months.

Is nutrition coaching right for me if I have a medical condition?

Nutrition coaching can support healthy eating habits, but it is not a substitute for medical care. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and I recommend working with your physician or another qualified healthcare professional if you have a medical condition.
